My life’s work, passion and mission is provide a range of integrated wellness therapies, that form a mind/body approach, designed to treat, support, empower and inspire you Get Well, Stay Well , Live Well and Flourish— so that you can live a healthier, happier life for longer.
Fuelled by a love of learning and my desire to be the best possible practitioner that I can be, I am continuously updating my skills in many wellness related fields though seminars in Australia,U.S.A, webinars ( my family call me a seminar and learning junkie). All this, enables me to utilise leading-edge modalities, as well as current scientific research to address your specific needs.
But even with all of this training I feel that its my life experiences and personal challenges that allow me to truly understand the many challenges that modern women face. Find at more about this please read the way through to the end of the page.
By working in an integrated and wholistic way—looking at the whole of you—and by using a combination of techniques, our work together can be both a treatment for your immediate needs and a pro-active wellness measure to carry you into the future.

I believe treatment requires that the practitioner and client work together to investigate and resolve your particular needs.
So as a team we would:
- Discover , right at beginning, the conditions and/or issues for which you are seeking help.
- Identify physical and/or emotional obstacles that may be preventing you from resolving your “pain” and returning to good health.
- Establish what is possible for you, and the level of health and wellbeing. you sincerely want to work towards achieving.
- Develop the treatment, support, encouragement, knowledge and awareness of the many ways you can contribute to achieving your goals.
- Determine how ready you are to partner with me as we work towards rediscovering your energy, vitality, passion and purpose for living . . . and evolution toward vibrant flourishing wellbeing.
Based on our findings during to the above process, I would design a personal plan and timeframe to address your immediate concerns.
Once your immediate health issues have been addressed—and if it’s your desire to commit to creating a healthier, happier life, I can further assist you in developing a plan for building a solid foundation from which you can begin to achieve the continuing level of health and wellbeing you desire.
My personal goal is to uncover and assist you in addressing the underlying issues contributing to your state of health and wellness.
My commitment to you is to provide compassionate respectful care of an excellent standard. It is also to do my best to help you find a lasting solution to your specific problem.
If I am not the right person to help you or if you need services beyond those that I offer, I am always happy to refer you to another practitioner.
My aim is to partner with you and to act as your “wellbeing navigator” as you begin your journey towards optimal health and wellbeing and healthier happier living.

Now more about me personally!
I am delighted to be the mother of two wonderful children and I now really relish my role as “Ommi” to 6 delightful grandchildren.Being connected with family and watching my grandchildren develope their unique personalities, is a constant source of delight.
While still in college I became a young mum. The less than two years later , while I was still in Chiropractic college and with a 20 month old baby, I was severely injured in a motor car accident.I spent 6 weeks in hospital and several months recovering. Then with a year of graduating from college I suddenly found myself alone as a single mum trying to establish my practice.
At the age of 46 I was faced with the many challenges of being diagnosed with a rare cancer. This became a time to let go of the many “masks” that I was hiding behind,, like “super woman” ( hmm sound familiar?) and a time for releasing many old personal emotional hurts and traumas. To regain my health I took a year off my clinic, to heal, restore myself, as I explored new was of being and re-balancing my life. During this time I began to dabble in making art.
When time permits I read, dabble in art, do some creative dance, follow various environmental concerns. It is my plan to a vibrant healthy woman into my 90’s so that I can enjoy all that life has to offer.
